The total number of transactions concluded on already built homes
declined from 523.8 thousand in 2007, and up to 434.5 thousand in 2008.
The most significant decline in sales was observed in the provinces of
British Columbia and Alberta. The growth of this indicator was noted
only in one province - Newfoundland and Labrador.

In this economic crisis there are all industries and aspects of life are being affected by the economic slow down, all transactions are reduced to the point of being completely stalled, but the Government have the Economic Plan, which might not yet working but the hope and aspirations are high...
