The Japanese government has seen in them a valuable resource for the
decision of a problem of shortage of a labour. Was considered that these
Latin Americans have kept adherence to the Japanese culture. But it has in
practice appeared that many practically do not know the Japanese language,
and their mentality strongly differs from the Japanese. Moreover,
repatriates from Brazil began to show the differences deliberately. The
director of the American Center of studying of immigration of Takejuki Tsuda
writes: "Some Brazilian Japanese are not able to dance a samba and would not
began to do it in Brazil, but in Japan they join to dancing in the street".
